Scorewarrior is a game developer and publisher based in Limassol, Cyprus. The company focuses on the 4X strategy genre, with an ambitious goal to grow its hit game, Total Battle, to become the No.1 strategy game in the world. We are looking for talented middle or senior Game Designers to contribute to the long-term development of Total Battle. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to focus on one of the key areas — improving the onboarding experience for new players, creating engaging and distinctive features for our existing audience, or enhancing overall gameplay quality through thoughtful quality-of-life improvements.
Responsibilities:
Balancing the game economy using spreadsheets and working on game monetization.
Configuring game features in the database.
Analyzing game statistics.
Researching other games on the market and, if needed, analyzing their features by deconstruction.
Developing concepts and writing documentation for game features.
Job requirements
Who are we looking for?
Having experience as a game designer on a live service project.
Wanting to grow with a game long term, achieving goals along the way.
Knowing how to balance features, work with numbers, and adjust the economy.
Using spreadsheets and data effectively in game design.
Being ready to configure game features and data in the database.
Playing F2P games extensively, especially mobile 4X strategies.
Being open to relocating to Limassol, Cyprus, since we don’t work remotely.
