How You'll Make an Impact

As a Senior Recruiter for the Player Care team, your role is pivotal in building the talent pool crucial for our team’s success. 

Your mission will be to hire top-skilled individuals to the team. In this role, you will:

  • Shape and optimize the hiring process from sourcing to selling to ensure ≥90% successful new hires.
  • Lead recruitment efforts for Player Care middle, senior, and key leadership roles, driving a timely and quality-focused hiring process.
  • Actively build a network of top-tier candidates to support future growth, continuously identifying and nurturing connections with exceptional candidates. To the extent that they have you on speed dial, too!

Our ideal Senior Recruiter is a proactive, strategic professional with a proven ability to attract top talent.

You should have:

  • Communication: Fluent English is a must.
  • Experience: A minimum of 4 years recruiting in IT, ideally with a background in game development.
  • Aggressive, Strategic Approach: You pursue excellence aggressively, sell the candidate convincingly, and thrive in fast-paced environments.
  • Network and Relationships: A strong network of talented professionals and a proactive approach to expanding connections with potential hires.
  • Critical Competencies: High standards, attention to detail, innovative thinking, and a genuine commitment to finding and hiring top talent are essential. ATS knowledge is also essential.
  • OKR Expertise: Comfortable working with Objectives and Key Results, and focused on delivering results that exceed expectations.
