The company focuses on the 4X strategy genre with an ambitious goal to grow its hit game Total Battle to become the No.1 strategy game in the world. We are looking for a candidate who is just as ambitious and talented as our entire team!

We need a Recruitment Team Lead to join our team to help achieve our recruiting goals.

About the Role:

• Develop and execute our talent acquisition strategy. Anticipate hiring needs and optimize processes to support efficient growth.
• Utilise analytics to inform and drive hiring decisions. Share insights and leverage metrics to ensure effective recruitment strategies.
• Lead and inspire our recruiting team. Provide one-on-one coaching and support their professional development to enhance their skills and performance.
• Actively recruit for key positions, demonstrating best practices and setting a high standard for the team.

Skills and experience:

• At least five years experience successfully leading a talent team in GameDev companies.
• Deep understanding of the game development industry including knowledge of game engines, game platforms, programming languages, and industry-specific roles.
• Analytical approach that always considers the data when making decisions.
• Design and implement recruitment processes from scratch.
• 
  Establish and sustain relationships with industry peers, professional groups, and other sources to access highly qualified candidates..
• Have the ability to work as a hands-on recruiter capable of identifying and attracting top talents.
• Have a fluent command of English.
