Job description

We are looking for a Relocation Specialist to join our Relocation Team. In this role, you will support employees throughout all stages of relocation, immigration, and business travel, ensuring a high level of service, accuracy, and genuine care for people.
This position is a great fit for someone who values structure, documentation, and well-defined processes, is comfortable working with multiple tasks in parallel, and enjoys helping people relocate and adapt to a new country.

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-end coordination of employee relocations to Cyprus, including:

    • visa and immigration support;

    • relocation with family members and dependents;

    • coordination of pet relocation;

    • preparation, review, and management of immigration documentation for employees and their families.

  • Planning and coordination of employee business trips worldwide.

  • Monitoring and managing timelines for residence permits, visas, and work permits for employees and their family members, including renewals and status changes.

  • Providing support to employees and candidates on matters related to immigration, travel, and long-term planning, including citizenship-related questions.

  • Close collaboration with HR, Recruiting, Hiring Managers, and external partners.

  • Active participation in the development and continuous improvement of relocation and travel support processes.

Job requirements

Candidate Requirements

  • Higher education degree.

  • At least 2 years of experience in HR/Global Mobility/Relocation or Travel Coordination.

  • Currently based in Cyprus.

  • Solid knowledge of Cyprus immigration requirements and practical experience working with the Migration Department.

  • Hands-on experience with:

    • Google Spreadsheets;

    • task management tools (Master Task, AirTable, Asana, or similar);

    • knowledge bases (Notion, Confluence).

  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and a structured approach to work.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multitasking environment and manage priorities.

  • Knowledge of Greek is a strong advantage.
