About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter for our product team.

What you’ll be doing

• Attracting exceptional people to join Scorewarrior’s growing team

• Search for candidates’ profiles/resumes/portfolios according to the certain requirements using multiple tools and techniques for a variety of game development roles

• Regular sourcing for new search and publishing resources and analysis of the effectiveness of the sources

• Building and cultivating long-term relationships with prospective candidates

• Collaborating with hiring managers and stakeholders

• Developing and refining an interview process that enhances our assessment quality while optimising the candidate experience

• Market analysis and analytics of recruiting metrics

• Implementing modern sourcing/recruiting methods

What you'll need

• 3+ years of proven work experience as a Recruiter in gamedev/ IT industry

• A proven track record in international recruitment

• Successful experience in searching candidates and their contacts on specialized resources: Linkedin / Dribble / Behance / Artstation / GitHub / Stackoverflow / FB / Habr / other professional sources and social networks

• Experience of using Google extensions for the search

• Knowledge and experience of using X-ray and Boolean search

• Ability to work effectively with a large amount of information in a limited time frame

• High attention to details

• Advanced English

• Strong communication skills (written and oral)

• Result orientation, proactivity, flexibility and the ability to adapt to changes

• Love for games

• Strong organisational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills

• Located in or willing to relocate to Limassol, Cyprus
