Scorewarrior is a game developer and publisher from Limassol, Cyprus. The company is focused on the 4x strategy genre with an ambitious goal to grow it's hit game Total Battle to become the No.1 strategy game in the world. Role: We are looking for a Shift Manager with a strong sense of responsibility to oversee and coordinate third-party safety service providers and front desk operators handling administrative duties.
Tasks to be solved:
Oversee and manage personnel responsible for premises safety, including access control and monitoring.
Develop manage and maintain shift schedules for third party security personnel and receptionists while ensuring proper documentation.
Develop, implement, and regularly update safety procedures and protocols.
Collaborate with the House Manager to address evolving safety needs.
Develop and maintain safety strategies, policies, and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
Job requirements
Ideal candidate would have:
Minimum 5 years of experience in Safety Operations or similar leadership role.
Proven experience managing third-party personnel or contractors.
Good Knowledge of Greek and English.
Strong background in developing and implementing procedures and safety protocols.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Have initiative, be proactive and responsible.
Ability to multi-task and work independently.
Familiarity with security systems, surveillance technology, and access control solutions.
Communication skills.
