Our IT department is growing fast. Along with that growth come complex challenges, exciting projects, and highly specialized teams like Infrastructure, Developer Experience, Data Engineering, Web Development and Framework. Each group plays a crucial role in making our platform faster, smarter, and stronger. But none of that happens without the right people — and that’s where you come in.

We’re looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter who will take ownership across these domains and lead the full recruitment cycle from the first conversation with a hiring manager to overseeing onboarding and probation completion. This isn’t a “fill the role and move on” job. You’ll be expected to pioneer changes, suggest better ways of working, and partner closely with teams to make sure we’re hiring the best people. You’ll challenge, refine, and adapt the process constantly to meet the real needs of the business.

Tasks to be solved:

• Lead the full-cycle recruitment process from kickoff and sourcing to offer management, onboarding, and probation follow-up

• Manage 3–5 open roles simultaneously across IT domain, ensuring a consistent, high-quality candidate pipeline

• Apply creative sourcing strategies across platforms — including LinkedIn, Telegram, niche communities and stay curious about new ways to find and engage talent.

• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to shape role profiles and guide decision-making at every stage

• Use data insights and hiring metrics to adjust sourcing strategies, improve funnel performance, and reduce time-to-hire

• Provide hiring teams with regular, structured feedback on market trends, candidate behavior, and interview effectiveness

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our internal ATS (Tellent) to ensure data integrity and process visibility

The ideal candidate would have:

• 4+ years of experience in technical recruitment, hiring across a variety of IT domains

• Upper-Intermediate English proficiency (B2 level and higher)

• Exceptional sourcing skills with proven cases of finding top talent through unconventional channels. Creativity and persistency in finding talents, curiosity to dig deeper and uncover hidden talent

• A data-driven approach to recruiting, confidence in using metrics and adjusting strategies based on data insights

• Strong organizational skills with a structured approach to managing multiple pipelines and priorities. Proven ability to balance active sourcing, candidate management, and stakeholder communication simultaneously

• Experience leading intake meetings, pushing back when needed, and guiding hiring managers through the recruitment process

The following would be to your advantage:

• Experience working in GameDev or B2C IT product companies

• Experience hiring candidates for relocation, particularly to Cyprus
