As a Support Enforcement Manager, you’ll handle Terms of Service, GDPR, and DSA-related cases, working closely with our legal team and various internal Player Care teams. You’ll review reports, make decisions on account actions, and help develop efficient processes for handling compliance cases.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Reviewing and acting on player account restrictions, chat service limitations, and other compliance measures

  • Drafting and sending warnings, account action notifications, and legal responses to players

  • Handling GDPR & DSA related requests, including data access, deletion, and other compliance matters, in cooperation with the DPO’s department

  • Drafting procedures in cooperation with the relevant departments, including Legal, for handling GDPR, DSA, and account-related policy enforcement cases

  • Making independent decisions on compliance cases while also escalating and collaborating with the legal team when necessary

  • Developing a structured response pipeline for handling recurring compliance cases efficiently

  • Working closely with First-Line and Second-Line Support, the VIP team, Moderation, and Game Security teams to process reported violations

  • Using MySQL to investigate and verify player-related compliance cases

Job requirements

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar compliance role

  • Fluent English (both written and spoken)

  • Familiarity with GDPR, DSA, and Terms of Service enforcement

  • Sufficient knowledge of MySQL to conduct investigations and analyze data

  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills

  • Ability to work independently while maintaining close collaboration with the legal team

  • Experience in the gaming industry (or iGaming)

  • Understanding of common online gaming compliance challenges, including account security and fraud

  • Empathy and professionalism in handling compliance cases while maintaining a fair and player-focused approach
