As User Acquisition manager your mission is to grow long-term profit from advertising activities & marketing related projects: testing and regularly finding new top creatives, optimising the operation of ad platforms and testing new features, finding new growth points.
Day in the Life of a User Acquisition Manager
In this role you will have the opportunity to own the full cycle of traffic acquisition from launch and analysis to optimisation and growth. Along the way you’ll test new features, creatives and betas of ad networks, as well as working closely with our data engineers, analysts and developers to lead the way on statistical analysis of A/B testing.
Taking responsibility for one or several networks you’ll be hands on in planning and meeting spend & profitability goals for our growing 4x Strategy Game.

You need to have the following skills:
This role requires someone who is a skilled collaborator with a creative mind for new approaches.
As such, we’re looking for:
You have 2+ years of experience in User Acquisition - you know how to plan, launch, and scale campaigns that actually bring results.
You’re not just running ads - you’re driving growth, analyzing performance, and finding new ways to win.
You feel confident with ad platforms like TikTok, Moloco, Meta, Google Ads or DSPs - and you’re always curious to test new ones.
You’re independent and proactive - you take ownership, move fast, and don’t need micromanagement to deliver impact.
You love numbers and insights - testing, forecasting ROI, optimizing performance is your comfort zone.
You’re a team player who communicates clearly, shares wins, and builds strong relationships with partners and colleagues.
You’re never satisfied with “good enough” - you keep pushing for better results, smarter experiments, and stronger performance.
Your English is B1, and you’re eager to reach C1 fast - because you want to grow in an international environment.
The Interview Process
Step 1: Recruiter Screening Call - meet our recruiter to tell you more about the role and life here at Scorewarrior and tell us more about you.
Step 2: Test Task - This is a short assignment to allow you to demonstrate your specific experience with affiliate networks and relevant creative ideation.
Step 3: Meet the Team - meet our two UA leads Aleksandr Krylov and Evgeny Fokin for an AdNetwork specific interview. This is a great chance to demonstrate your expertise and ask questions about the role and the team.
Step 4: Interview with our CMO - meet Alex our CMO, he’ll ask you some questions about your experience with UA across relevant platforms and give you the opportunity to find out more about the role.
Step 5: Closing Discussions - Time to ask any final questions you may have and an opportunity for us to talk through all things relocation, offers, start-dates and more.
